Jasmine Winston

Professional Mentor

Jasmine is a dedicated youth mentor with a strong passion for supporting children through every stage of their growth. As a Dallas native, her commitment to youth development began in high school, where she started off as a teen volunteer in the Children's Church Ministry at her local church and as a volunteer with the Boys & Girls Club.

In 2018 Jasmine graduated, with a double major, from the University of North Texas earning a BA in Sociology and Political Science. She continued to show her passion and commitment by volunteering to tutor her peers and participating in different service projects with her organizations.

After graduation, Jasmine has worked as a substitute teacher, gaining hands-on experience across grade levels and building meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. She currently serves as the Coordinator of the Children’s Church Ministry at her local church where she leads programming for the 4 to 12 age group by teaching both biblical and practical life lessons that help young learners grow in confidence, character, and emotional awareness.

Whether in the classroom, in her community, or in faith-based settings, Jasmine is committed to creating supportive, encouraging environments where children feel seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
