Lindsay is a nonprofit operations and program management professional with more than a decade of experience leading organizational strategy, operational systems, and community-focused initiatives. Her areas of expertise include organizational leadership and culture development, strategic planning and execution, financial and budget oversight, program evaluation, fundraising strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Originally from Albuquerque,New Mexico, Lindsay earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Mexico before completing a Master’s in Nonprofit Management at Regis University in Denver. She began her career working directly with youth and families, where she gained hands-on experience in case management, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. Over time, she transitioned into leadership and operations roles, where she led strategic planning efforts, improved financial and administrative systems, managed government contracts and grants, and enhanced program outcomes through process improvement and data analysis.
Lindsay has also played a key role in advancing development operations, implementing donor management systems, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve mission-driven goals. She is passionate about fostering organizational excellence, building sustainable structures, and supporting initiatives that drive long-term community impact.
Outside of her professional life, Lindsay is a dedicated advocate for children and families, a former foster parent, and a current adoptive parent. She enjoys spending time with her family, celebrating football season, and exploring new restaurants in the area.
