Sharon Carson is an accomplished nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience advancing mission-driven initiatives, strengthening organizational capacity, and fostering partnerships that create meaningful community impact. With extensive expertise in fundraising, program development, and strategic leadership, Sharon has successfully guided organizations to achieve measurable growth, expanded reach, and sustainable impact.
Throughout her career, Sharon has held key leadership roles at organizations such as Forest Forward, Dallas Regional Chamber, and Wilkinson Center, where she built collaborative relationships with stakeholders, secured major philanthropic support, and implemented innovative strategies to further organizational missions. Her leadership has consistently translated into increased resources, enhanced visibility, and expanded community reach.
As a leader in nonprofit advancement and resource development, Sharon builds strategic partnerships that strengthen organizational capacity and drive long-term sustainability. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating opportunities, uplifting communities, and fostering equitable access to resources.
She holds a B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University and remains actively engaged in advancing community development, serving on local nonprofit boards, and mentoring emerging nonprofit leaders.
In her free time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and caring for her beloved pets, Bear and James.
